To whom it may concern, Now that baseball season is over for me. I wanted to give a praise on the awesome services and hospitality I received from Mr. Daniel and Mr. Moe and Mr. Maher at ALL RIGHT AUTO SALES. I live in Yakima Washington. I was in the market for an SUV. ALL RIGHT happen to have the one in stock. I called and spoke to Mr. Daniel and started the process. Mr. Daniel was a complete professional in answering all my questions and making all the necessary arrangements for me to visit the dealership with a hassle free environment. What really impressed me was the ongoing hospitality that I received from Mr. Daniel and the team. They treated me with the upmost respect and courtesy. We scheduled a day and time for me to arrive. The overwhelming blessing was that the Dealership and the team decided to open up the shop on their day off. This was a Sunday. What a great form of hospitality to go over and beyond for your costumers. At my arrival everything was ready for me. We did a brief introduction with Mr. Daniel and Mr. Moe. Went for a test drive. And within the hour I was already handing over my trade in and driving back a 2 hour road trip in my new purchased vehicle . I bought a truck from All Right Sales. The fob that came with it was not working. After replacing the battery and trying several things, it still didn't work, in addition to the car alarm going off whenever I manually unlocked the door. I reached out to Maher and he told me he would take care of the problem if I could bring the truck back. I live in Sammamish so it just a quick trip over. I came by on a Friday afternoon and dropped it off. After several hours of attempting to fix the problem, Maher informed me that they would need to take it to another shop to fix it. Understanding that it was almost closing time, he voluntarily offered to get me a ride back home. His son did this for me. Then, several days later when it was fixed, he called me and told me the problem was fixed and said that he would honor his word about fixing the problem at no cost to me. Because of my work schedule, I was unable to return for several more days. He said not to worry. He had 2 of his employees drive the truck back to my house and then to my work to drop off 2 working fobs. Not only did they not argue with me about the situation, but they did everything they could to make it easy on me. I would highly recommend All Right Auto. They go above and beyond.
